As Display Administrator here at Signet Trading Ltd you’ll support our Display Logistics team in providing our stores with the equipment they need to prepare their stores for some of our smaller scale releases, promotions and launches. This is a part time temporary role covering a maternity leave at our Birmingham head office. The role will be for 18.5hrs per week to be worked as follows – Monday 9am – 5:30pm, Tuesday 9am – 5:30pm and Wednesday 2pm – 5:30pm.

With over 500 stores across our three brands it’s imperative that the display information they receive is accurate, timely and meets each individual stores needs. You’ll work closely with our Visual Merchandise team, to ensure that launch equipment and information being sent to stores is coordinated efficiently, accurately and to tight deadlines. You’ll also be proactive in your approach to answering e-mail and telephone based queries from our stores regarding display components and launch materials.

About You
We’re looking for suitable applicants to be experienced in the following:
- Some experience of having worked in an administration or telephone-based support role
- Excellent MS Excel and Word capability
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

This opportunity would also suit applicants who might have experience of working within our H.Samuel, Ernest Jones or Leslie Davis stores, or within another retail environment.
