I'm looking for an Ecommerce Manager to work for one of the UK's leading high quality home lifestyle brands. The brand has grown significantly with a 50% rise in website traffic, so the Ecommerce role is pivotal in helping the brand maximise their online sales.
The Ecommerce Manager will manage trading activity and develop digital marketing strategies to help grow the business via various channels. As well as merchandising the site to maximise sales, you will update all content to reflect the marketing promotional calendar. The Ecommerce manager is also responsible for the development and implementation of the e-CRM programme, managing the PPC and SEO campaigns both in house and via an agency, and managing the affiliate programme.
As well as identifying and managing website development projects, enhancing the user experience across the main and mobile sites, you will ensure the site maintains a consistent look and feel, inspired by brand creative to stand out against competitors.
The role will involve regular analysis of visitors to the website, as well as traffic drivers for competitor sites. You will provide sales analysis reporting on KPI's and review the site constantly to resolve any areas where they are not currently delivering the best offering and plan ahead for growth.
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in an online transactional environment, a proven track record of growing online sales, conversion and online AOV. Ideally you will have hands on experience of managing PPC and SEO campaigns and have strong analytical skills.
