Use your organisational and project management skills to organise events for a leading jewellery company.
We’re currently welcoming applications against a unique opportunity to work within our Store Operations team for H.Samuel and Ernest Jones in a role based from the Birmingham Head Office.
As Events Coordinator, you’ll report into and work closely with the After Sales and events manager. You’ll coordinate the in store sales events often with some of our well known brands.
This role encompasses total event project management. And will include everything from initiating ideas to organising the events schedule, (thus enabling our stores to host their own events) to evaluation of events after they have happened.
You will liaise with many internal departments and therefore must be confident at liaising at all levels, often overcoming objectives.
You will be good on ‘detail’ and have IT skills in Word and excel. Microsoft Project would be an advantage as would experience within a store environment.
You will attend some events in person. Plus, work from our Borehamwood head office once per week.
