We are SEEKING A FULL-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR A FASHIONABLE JEWELLERY BRAND WITHIN STRATFORD.
THIS IS A HIGH TURNOVER STORE AND A KEY SITE FOR THE COMPANY.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER - EITHER WITHIN A JEWELLERY OR PREMIUM FASHION BRAND.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF KPI'S AND WORKING TOWARDS TARGETS.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a fashion background to enter the jewellery sector.
You will enjoy CONVEYING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND ALWAYS GIVING A HIGH STANDARD OF CUSTOMER
The successful applicant MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITHIN A FASHION OR JEWELLERY ENVIRONMENT
You must be well-spoken, well-presented and confident in selling
*You must understand how to guide a team
You must be able to motivate a team to succeed targets
You must be able to maintain a very high standard of customer service and be able to link-sell. You must be a strong team player as well as being able to meet targets as an individual.
* You must have a passion for selling fashion items
* You must be target-driven and have a clear understanding of working towards KPI's.
* You must be motivated and obtain strong communicational skills.
In return, the company offers a fantastic salary of £17,000 per annum with an excellent bonus scheme!
