We currently have an exciting new role with a gorgeous brand who are international leaders in their field. Our client is looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to be based in their central London office. This position will report into the Retail Director and you will be responsible for supporting with the project management of new and existing operational initiatives within stores across the country.

Main responsibilities of this role:

  • Supporting the Director of Retail in project managing the implementation of new initiatives and implementing new systems across stores
  • Working closely with the Loss Prevention Officer and Regional Managers to review and monitor stock take procedures
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers for example, footfall maintenance and scheduling schemes
  • Setting up new starters on relevant operational systems
  • Dealing with the invoice approval process in relation to store equipment and services
Person requirements:
  • Experience working with and managing back office systems
  • Experience working on critical path management and assisting in project management
  • Technically savvy, able to learn new system programmes quickly
  • Strong on Microsoft packages: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent at prioritising work load and able to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail
