Purpose of Position:

To support the day to day wholesale business, in conjunction with long term business planning, and provide an efficient service to all wholesale customers.

The Wholesale Operations team support all doors across (national, export, duty free and independent doors across UK and Ireland).

The Wholesale Coordinator will be the key contact for all independent doors and a key support for the entire wholesale team across marketing, merchandising and administration.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

To provide the highest level of customer services and maximise sales opportunities for independent customers within the wholesale channel

To support in the smooth running of the wholesale department

To help drive sales and profitability in accordance to brand strategy and to be a key member of the team

General Duties

Processing orders and return requests in a timely manner

Manage the Support Inbox, responding to queries from Stockists

Supporting the Account Managers with team admin including new line set up sheets and sample management

Liaising with warehouse to ensure delivery specifications and dates are being met

Supporting with VM scheme roll outs to all wholesale doors

Ensure deadlines are met and general administration is completed as required by Manager
 Gain and maintain excellent knowledge of Links of London and The brand products to effectively sell and educate customers around features, benefits and provenance

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (including Vlookups)

Minimum 1 years' experience in working in a busy sales department

Understanding of the order, fulfillment, and invoice process

Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels internally, both written and verbal (good telephone manner)

Good experience with stock management systems (preferably Navision)
