Retail Support Manager - 12 month FTC

As the retail support manager you will have full autonomy for managing and communicating all internal communications across retail stores and teams. As the first point of contact to area managers and retail teams you are an integral part in ensuring all processes and communications are effective and smooth.

You will work closely with the retail director and area managers which will offer great exposure and excellent scope for development. This is a 12 month maternity cover so you will be able to make a significant impact and with the expansion of the business there could be further opportunities. This position will offer autonomy and the chance to get creative with processes!

Retail Support Manager - Your role:
- Oversee weekly bulletin and communications
- Improve weekly communications with retail teams
- First point of contact with area managers
- Brand communication

Retail Support Manager - Your skills:
- Good organisation and planning
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- A solid understanding of retail through direct retail experience
- Experience in a similar coordinator role or administrator role within a retailer
