Already in place is a dedicated Sales Consultant team – all trained to the best industry standard capable of selling across the store all categories of precious items.

Fortunately in-store we are accustomed to regularly extending a best welcome to visiting tourists an increasing number from the Asia Pacific rim.

An initiative that the group has taken time and effort to invest in is to have specialist team staff at each location with additional language capability and currently the need is for a Mandarin speaker.

Previous sales experience in retail is felt to be advantageous – selling of luxury goods would be absolutely helpful . Full product training is offered both by the brands our client hosts as well as via our own group resources.

It would be important to demonstrate a real passion for delivering at point of sale best consultative sales service and individually you must treasure and respect product perfection.

When showcasing stock you must remain ever attentive and whenever appropriate have the courage to involve all your colleagues as to your specific area of consumer understanding.
