Our client is a luxury global wholesaler and retailer, who has a brilliant opportunity for someone to join their Sales Team in the London Head office.

This is a great opportunity for a driven Sales Manager, who can think creatively and wants to build territories in Spanish speaking geographical regions as well as Italy and the BeNeLux. Working as part of a team and managing your assistant, you must display impeccable communication skills reflecting the luxury of this growing brand.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently achieves personal and company sales targets on a monthly, seasonal and yearly basis
  • Manages all Accounts independently and any assigned geographical area effectively to increase brand awareness with current and new clients leading to customer loyalty and increased account activity
  • Manages all relevant wholesale for their regions via an agent where appropriate
  • Develops existing and new channels of communication to increase sales
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
  • Manages an Assistants to achieve business objectives
  • Assisting with administrative task such as running reports and client communication when developing the Sales and Marketing Assistant
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
  • Accurate prediction of expected sales, analysis of actual sales and solution driven approach to stay on target
  • Working closely with agents across different geographical areas
  • Ensuring that all agreed marketing material us delivered in a timely manner
  • International diary management
  • Organising and supporting the effective delivery and presentation of trade shows
  • Managing Sales on the East Coast of USA and Spain.

Person requirements:

  • Minimum of three years evidenced history of achieving challenging sales targets to increase company turnover
  • Spanish to mother tongue standard, Italian and another language
  • Demonstrates excellent business partnering skills through extensive networking with current and new accounts
  • Excellent understanding and drivers of the global luxury good wholesale market
  • Target driven and experienced in analysing sales data to drive performance
  • Must have excellent command of written and oral English, business correspondence
  • Polished personal presentation demonstrating adaptability to international business etiquette
  • Plans ahead and communicates effectively with all other departments
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications
  • Experience in using a bespoke or industry recognised software (SAP, ENCORE)
  • Deadline orientated and maintaining high standards when working under pressure
  • Leads by example acts as motivator for his Sales Support
  • Sensitive to different cultures and adapts to cross-cultural working environment
