Experience within the Jewellery trade is not essential; should it not already feature in your background, our client has many areas of product training resource that can easily be accessed.
Of uppermost importance is your commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, whatever in-store action you may be undertaking.
You will be accustomed to approaching your daily challenges in a structured and orderly manner. However, propelling yourself forward into a new product area does not faze you – on the contrary, you relish new challenges.
You find it fascinating to learn about the points of difference of the merchandise on offer, and once assimilated you will be agile and opportunistic in relaying to your clientele the product features and benefits that precisely match their purchasing requirements.
When handling such precious items, you need to be ever vigilant, understanding and implementing the essentials of day-to-day retailing best practice, from in-store visual merchandising to documenting meticulously every customer transaction, to liaising with suppliers or your head office team.
