This watch manufacturing major continues to increase its UK market share at quite some pace. Their portfolio of company-owned and licensed brands is virtually unmatched within the industry, and its investment in the UK marketing and distribution business is at an all-time high.

A maternity cover opportunity has arisen to represent a group label that is set to reinvent itself shortly, and a hugely talented resourceful Account Manager is therefore urgently sought to offer wholesale trade cover.

Existing watch industry experience will be a terrific advantage, particularly in selling direct to Independent High Street Retail Jewellers, although outstanding Visual Merchandisers and Retail Management professionals from the trade with the confidence and ability to perform are also welcome to apply.

Reporting directly to a National Sales Manager, you will revel in the promise that forthcoming product changes can deliver, and use your persuasive sales skills to reposition and realign your brand in accordance with future expectations.

You will be motivated by dedicating yourself to a single renowned brand great, enjoying the theatre that is sales and selling. You will also be generous when it comes to sharing your expertise with staff counter-side, in order to ensure maximum sell through for the benefit of all concerned.

You will be covering a large region - effectively half of the United Kingdom - so you will need to be well-versed in planning and organizing commercially-productive activities from your home base (ideally somewhere north of Birmingham), whether you are making sales or sales support calls.

Within this group, different sales teams operate at varying industry style and price points. A good year’s performance in this role will provide an excellent springboard for further industry tenure, whether internally or even within a rival top-rated watch distribution business.
