They are now searching for a Digital Client Account Manager to join their highly successful business, working at their Nottingham based Head Office. This is a unique opportunity to join a top global luxury brand being responsible for e-commerce accounts of large online retailers who have partnerships to sell the brand WOLF through their channels.
WOLF is a fifth generation family owned company with over 180 year of history producing beautiful leather jewellery boxes and luxury handmade watch winders with innovative design. They take pride in the meticulous care they take in the design and production of each WOLF piece. Their patented technology and innovative product design in jewellery cases and watch rotators, has made the company what is today—the market leader.
In this role, you will be managing, growing and identifying opportunity within those accounts and looking at the clients' e-commerce offering for the brand, identifying and offering solutions to generate further sales.
You will be accountable for maximising each e-commerce partner's potential. This will include building solid relationships with key digital stakeholders for each account, analysing the online merchandising of the product, identifying opportunities to increase online product offering and working together with accounts to create product campaigns (online discounts, sales etc). you will also be responsible for finding new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships
The successful candidate will be proficient at conducting presentations and managing data. You will be managing all allocated e-commerce accounts, analysing accounts' online inventory and suggesting areas of improvement, working with the accounts to increase product visibility on their e-commerce site(s), building relationships with the key digital/e-commerce partners within accounts and communicating online marketing strategies and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience within a similar role; this could be from either client side or agency (digital/e-commerce). You must have a good understanding of digital/e-commerce and the online market place – this would be a great opportunity for someone that has, for example, worked as an account manager within a digital agency or have worked internally within accounts for a retail brand/product who sell via multiple platforms.
