Our quest now is to find a worthy Store Manager who shares our client’s yearning to be recognised as the best in the industry, and who by dint of his or her sound commercial astuteness is able to reinforce best practice and move store trading to ever higher levels of success.

The perfect background for the successful candidate will be a track record of success in managing a stand-alone store, ideally within the Retail Jewellery sector. Experience dealing with luxury watches, diamonds and jewellery will of course be advantageous.

Nevertheless, should your management pedigree have blossomed in a different but similarly aspirational retail sphere, such as cosmetics, luxury goods, fragrance, or high-end fashion, then provided you are willing and able quickly to assimilate product technicalities, and can demonstrate customer service passion already as discerning as that of our client, you are also very welcome to apply.

You will immediately recognize that the key to securing enduring customer patronage in this very service-focused environment is sincere and genuine customer engagement.

Naturally attentive, no minor detail escapes your oversight, be it stock, brand display and merchandising standards - or for that matter your in-store staff.

Priding yourself on your strong communicational skills, you are at ease orchestrating talent to best effect within this very busy environment.

In your career to date you can demonstrate positive outcomes in team development, such that your collective expertise has been recognized by suppliers as best in class.
