Insignety is a new and totally unique jewellery brand unlike any other in the market place which answers the changing demands of current and future generations of consumer.
Aimed at the affordable luxury segment of the market, it empowers the consumer to create individual and personalised designs together with the jeweller, that unfold before their eyes in our retail partner stores. It is truly revolutionary and in just four easy steps, retailers can create exquisite personalised jewellery with their customers with real time imaging and pricing. Our design consoles provide instant and easy solutions to personalise designs with a heartbeat, handwriting or fingerprint, making their piece of jewellery even more special and totally unique to the wearer.
Originating from Amsterdam, Insignety UK was established to develop the business in what the company have identified as a key market for the brand.
The response in the UK since launching Insignety at IJL 2017 has been phenomenal and we now need to expand our UK team as we enter the next stage of our development. Our first phase of retailers to go live with the brand starts from mid-April.
Responsibilities of the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate people who truly care about what they do to join our team.
They will be responsible for a crucial part of our business in maintaining and further developing a close and supportive relationship with our retail partners and their staff. We want our retail partners to look forward to and feel benefit from your visit. They will need to be confident and happy to speak with staff members at all different levels of our retailers’ businesses. They will be responsible for the initial training of our retailer partners staff on the Insignety concept and will be providing ongoing training as the need arises or new elements of our software are added. Brand representation of Insignety is key and as such, they will also have to monitor how Insignety is represented instore to ensure our brand image is being upheld as we would expect.
Through our software, continued analysis of each customer and their performance statistics will be required to identify potential opportunities.
As a young business in the UK, expanding at a healthy rate, there is potential for the right candidates to grow with the company and forge themselves a long-term career.
Experience within the jewellery trade is preferred although full training will be provided.

Be confident using a computer with the ability to grasp new software easily.

Attend jewellery trade exhibitions as necessary.
