The brand currently have an established retail presence and a growing international business both on and offline. Following the brands continued success, the founders are now looking for a bright, progressive eCommerce Executive or eCommerce Manager to help the brand reach their huge potential online.

eCommerce Manager - Luxury Jewellery Brand - London

The eCommerce Manager is responsible for driving website performance, ensuring the site is optimised to maximise conversion, revenue, and online growth.

Your ultimate objectives will be to maintain and optimise the site with outsourced back-end support and increase conversion rates in line with Targets and KPIs. You will do this through identifying stress-points in the customer online journey, and working with the Marketing, Social and Graphics team to implement improvements throughout the site. You will be the main conduit for Marketing, Social and Customer Care channels, consolidating cross-company requirements and implementing as briefed.

You will also execute basic SEO, propose and feed back-end requirements to external Web parties, ensure that products are correctly listed/ merchandised, and all pages are created to optimise brand awareness, clarity of message and ease of transaction.

* Manage, maintain and develop all digital platforms and trouble-shoot as necessary.
* Contribute to overall web presence working with Creative Director, Marketing and visual merchandising, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless omni-channel customer journey
* To Manage and lead a changeover of back-end support and pre-plan for the implementation of a potential new website and its migration in 2019/2020.
* Manage functionality of the current site - owning new page builds, product uploads, UI & UX etc - and ensure it is optimised for desktop and mobile.
* Organise and lead weekly web meetings to report on sales targets YTD, update on technical developments, and propose improvement strategies.
* Work with Marketing on email marketing tools to contribute to a more direct and engaging email marketing plan.
* Research, strategise and implement a GoogleAdWords campaign to align with the overarching communications strategy of the business - working collaboratively with Marketing; to include Google AdWords / PPC, product selection and advertising, keyword search terms and SEO.
* Make full use of Google Analytics, live chat, Magento features, Wordpress, Photoshop, Hero and any additional web tools to aid web development and propose improvements.
* Report and resolve technical problems in good time to IT support and web development (outsourced) or any other external developers the company may appoint.
* Implement e-commerce marketing materials in line with the companies overarching Communications Strategy.
* Oversee the companies live chat service and assist during busy retail periods, including sales via live chat or by phone.

To lead the E-commerce assistant in:
- New product upload, product offer and web order process for wholesale and handling technical issues.
- Customer care queries and online transactions (online/offline) packing orders, content upload and live chat.
- Analysis of website statistics. Provide reports for senior managers, clients and partners. Provide monthly PPC reports, live chat reports, heatmap analysis, as needed.
