To complement the national sales team efforts this client one of the first within their sector to commission a further tier of brand support to give best advice on how best to sell-through every launched collection of watch & jewellery merchandise.

Therefore this appointee will be part of a select team of sales support specialists empowered to focus the minds of all those within the theatre of retail to take maximum pride in representing this brand in-store.

A good profile to possess when applying would be to have already had Visual Merchandising responsibility ideally within a retail jeweller setting and of course be an accomplished seller of brands - the more fashionable the better .

It could also be that you’ve already flown the bricks and mortar nest and trialled yourself in the world of sales support and knowing how much you have enjoyed this want now to elevate the status of brand you represent as well as becoming more regionally responsible than local.

What is essential regardless of previous career placements is the joy you gain from encouraging ‘best practice ‘ from colleagues past & present to ensure best in-store brand representation.

Stores that will gain advantage from your display verve and training professionalism will be branches of reputed National Multiple Retail Jewellers and Department stores alongside key Travel Retail destinations.

Individually you are very detail minded and this focus remains be it training others on products features , advantages and benefits or recounting the full brand story through to encouraging  adherence to desired display standards in-store.

Outside these core responsibilities there are areas you can subtly influence be it identifying possible extra promotional brand space or indeed with your host store managers approval setting key performance indicators where fulfilment of which may be deserving of further recognition.

When inspiring others within store you need to very definitely lead by personal example - be patient when re-affirming brand standards and have empathy levels which encourage those around you to ask freely your brand marketing advice / direction.
