A luxury American Watch brand, based in East London has an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Executive to join their thriving team. This is a brand new role within the business and an exciting opportunity to take lead.
As the E-commerce executive you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all the Digital activity for Sales including e-commerce websites, returns and exchanges, payments, customer support etc. You will also need to support the Communication team with areas such as marketing and PR, including social media and display campaigns. The successful post holder will be the digital and e-commerce brand guardian, ensuring all digital assets, products and communications are in line with the guidelines of the brand. You will b monitoring and updating products and content on the ecomm website; managing the relationship with the customers and validating orders.
The successful candidate will have strong e-commerce knowledge as well as previous experience working within e-commerce and front and back end operations. You will have first-rate customer service skills as well as excellent computer, oral and written skills. An understanding of, or experience using SAP would be highly advantageous.
This is the perfect position for someone with prior E-commerce experience and a genuine passion for watches and the luxury industry.
