Ecommerce and Customer Service Executive
Rare Head Office opportunity as an Ecommerce and Customer Service Executive where your time will be split between ecommerce / inventory management and customer service.
This is a hands-on role where you will have a lot of exposure to different parts of the business and really get to make your mark.
- Contemporary jewellery brand based in West London who are growing from strength to strength

- Management of all online web orders using Magento as well as managing third party couriers
- Partner with the digital marketing team for all online promotions
- Responsible for handling all customer service enquiries via email and phone calls
- Running monthly sales and inventory reports for the Director
- Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Extremely passionate about customer service
- Familiar with inventory management best practices
- Salary up to £20k
