The principal objective of this role is to offer support in a variety of ways to both company managers and staff members.

You will be exceptionally well organised, capable of multi-tasking, and committed to ensuring the smooth running of both our client’s shop floor and office areas.

You pride yourself on your ability to manage your time effectively, you have a natural affinity for detail, and are happiest and most motivated when given the freedom to be proactive and use your initiative to solve problems.

You are adept and accurate at filing, dealing with all company post, arranging couriers and checking-in expected deliveries.

You will relish the opportunity to keep a watchful eye on third party suppliers, to ensure they are satisfactorily fulfilling their service commitments to your employer. This encompasses both in-store and office cleanliness, as well as chasing suppliers to honour their delivery time promises.

From time to time you will deal with external stakeholders such as builders, cleaners and security practitioners, to ensure that everything is running faultlessly and without concern, scheduling any necessary maintenance and checking that it is correctly carried out.

This would not be a true Office Assistant role without the need to perform other ad-hoc errands and tasks, which you will embrace as adding variety to your day.
