Job Purpose

To drive forward the company’s portfolio of Jewellery brands including, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Olivia Burton and soon to arrive Calvin Klein, through expanding our existing independent customer base. This role will be instrumental in shaping the long-term success of our Jewellery brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • To meet sales targets for the territory, providing regular performance progress and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders
  • To identify growth opportunities within territory in collaboration with sales teams
  • Be the point of contact for all brand customers ensuring timely and effective solutions are delivered which meet client expectations
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as required
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors with a focus on customer retention
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate to sales director as required
  • Engage in marketing activity including negotiating advertising/promotional spaces, where appropriate
  • Communicate brand marketing activity to the brand portfolio
  • Support sales team including organising training on accounts, where appropriate
  • Accurately report on each account visit via the CRM system.

Skills/Attributes Required

  • A passion for sales and account management with proven experience in delivering results
  • A solid background in sales/account management
  • The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of the wider Movado team
  • Previous experience within a Jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brand essential
  • A full UK licence holder for a minimum of 2 years.
