Job Role:
Regionally you will take control of an established portfolio of carefully approved Independently owned Retail Jeweller accounts. Individually your challenge will be to drive forward shared trading success through distributing selected lines of Watch and Jewellery merchandise in accordance with agreed trading plans.
Every management and best of order compliance tool will be at your disposal to encourage your retail partners to reflect and achieve best brand service delivery at point of sale. You are constantly vigilant as to opportunities that each individual retailer could initiate to gain extra sell through in-store – be it through the organisation of staff training, visual merchandising, or liaison with your HQ trade marketing team.
Stock management and range re-alignment are ever under scrutiny to ensure all parties capitalise on the brands true sell-through / increasing market share deserve. An area that of course makes every difference is each Account Managers ability to act as a deserved brand mentor to those who sell in-store, so sound people management / motivation skills from afar is very definitely an account performance potential plus.
Assisting clientele with the development and presence of your brand’s online sales is key and much corporate support is available to ensure that in-store presence that all have so carefully built is replicated digitally. Those with a fashion brand background could also be considered though ideally there would be a predominant association with watch merchandise rather than possibly jewellery.

It is essential to possess excellent communication and presentational skills and be confident in dealing with all aspects of today’s account management challenge.

Sales driven you must be adept at identifying and developing new distribution opportunities and be a competent negotiator and influencer to ensure correct implementation of pre-set brand guidelines.

You are effective in all that you strive to do and be it seasonal new introductions or core range re-instatement whatever the journey cycle objective you can confidently achieve all.

There is a requirement for strong IT skills inc. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
