Job Role:
Based within the stores ever expanding trading footprint, this remit is firmly an office-based position with occasional personal appearance on the showroom floor, if optimum client service desires.
Daily, you will be in receipt of incoming repairs and need to be able to scrutinise carefully that each job has been undertaken to best of industry standard.  After which, you’d rapidly communicate internally, and if needs be externally, that all has been satisfactorily resolved and ready for customer dispatch/collection.

Requirements:
You would need to be ever organised, really IT savvy, and passionate to ensure delivery of best company service standards.  The ideal appointee should very definitely have jewellery trade knowledge and be agile and exacting when speaking with either trade suppliers or indeed the customers our client so proudly serves.  It would be enormously helpful if you have experience dealing directly with the main watch & jewellery manufacturers and an appreciation of the terminology most often used when processing these everyday and, very occasionally, quite specialist repairs.  If you have previously worked within a workshop setting, or indeed with a jewellery quarter manufacturer, most of the requests that our client would have made will be instantly understandable and the time frames that customer precious items may be away will be known and appreciated.
