Job Role:
Today an opportunity exists for a similarly driven and performance dedicated retail management professional able to bring their talent to ensure continued store presence and build, not just within the locality but even further afield.
The requirement is to be able to lead, manage and motivate your colleague sales team to ensure that company policies and best practice ambition is always adhered to. You can appreciate differing team member talents and promote and develop each staff member to fulfil their true & maximum commercial potential.
In-store visual merchandising is carefully maintained in line with agreed best protocol – you will direct your team to observe the multiple policies in place that will ensure continuance of a showroom all can collectively continue to be most proud.
Individually you must be ultra-organised ever able to balance varying job role priorities with the emphasis always being that this business continues to put their customers first. It is expected that you are a gifted store performance analyst – ever aware of everyone’s contribution.
Where training & development initiatives may well prove just the solution ticket, you are, through self-example, able to implement such coaching the impact of which will be ever greater in-store efficiency.
Your future success will rest on your ability to utilise your sales floor management finesse in a manner that can continue to motivate, excite, and ensure that sales & aftersales services can & do continue to flourish at a pace.
Requirements:

It may be that your leadership skills have already been proven within the Jewellery trade. You may have already gained qualifications such as Jewellery Education Trust (JET) and could even have been trained by brands or manufacturers that already are marketed by the company.

Key though to selection is your experience of managing successfully in-store operations almost certainly in a luxury goods retail setting.

Communicationally, you do need to be able to react with lightning speed to directives given by your Store Manager and be ever mindful that client rapport built up over generations is one of this business’s greatest assets.
