Ideal candidate :

Experience within watches and jewellery repairs is essential.

Able to coach , motivate and inspire individuals within your team to maximise on their service & sales performance.

Be comfortable as a role model to set and instigate best customer service practice & company experience .

Demonstrate an eagerness to adopt & team implement bright new HQ initiatives able to lift & further grow meaningful turnover.

To ensure team success there will be extended levels of watch repair training that you would additional receive / draw benefit from.
