Job Role:
As is indicated by this corporate investment – there represents a tremendous opportunity to pro-actively spread and establish new trading doors and a passion to ignite new supplier activation will be key. Your salesmanship style is by default thoughtful, well-judged and you’ll be exhilarated when showcasing market newness.
Whether it be competing within recognised core must stock categories or by inspiring interest within new market niches yet to be store capitalised upon. Such is the responsibility allocated to each new appointee there will be an expectation for individuals to be capable to run solo within their allocated sales region – maximising effectiveness of your in-call time.
Once brands are listed and established you will offer meticulous client service – regular journey call coverage and full jeweller sales and marketing support. To be clear this will include merchandising, staff training, and the encouragement of utilising any digital assets to assist their store specific social media and online sales. The daily challenge is real but surely will be massively exciting especially with the multiple brand categories that now and in the future, you can freshly trade champion.

Already led by a truly experienced Watch market aware senior management team it is felt that this appointment would particularly excite those in field sales already experienced in selling to Independent Watch Retailers.

There is much advantage to be had through possessing industry contacts/network where previously you would be recognised for delivering sales performance and be wholly dextrous and at ease when selling watch merchandise. With past market turbulence your industry know-how and appreciated sales and marketing track record will engender deserved buying attention.
