Although this remit is not a solo leadership role – it is a vital support to a Dual Store Manager who has recently taken on additional overview of other locally based company points of sales and service.
In this role you will step forward and embrace the opportunity of being the senior most accessible go-to person on site and it presents an ideal platform to prepare yourself to in-effect manager a prime retail trading location.
There are many aspects to this role apart from achieving sales and service and customer experience goals. You’ll need to encourage, mentor and train counter partners to boost sales whist ensuring administration and operational slickness prevails. Your industry and that of your team will need to be of ‘stand out ‘ calibre as an environment such as our clients is all about resolution and problem solving for visiting clientele – a challenge that requires future leadership and service proficiency at its best.
Ideally you will already be proven in retail sales and thrive in the objective of delivering great counter sales and customer service.
An understanding of watch and jewellery merchandise would be helpful however all group appointees receive relevantly pitched watch repair training.
You have demonstrated already the ability to take on extra responsibility and are eager to learn fast from others in order that you can propel store efficiency to the max.
Communication skills are key, and you need to ever have a mindset of how best you and your colleagues can showcase your industry specialism to greatest commercial effect.
