Job Role:
There is now an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Sales Consultant within their Windsor boutiquie. As a Sales Consultant you will be at the forefront of the business, interacting with customers and providing a world class customer service. Main tasks include:

Sell jewellery, watches, and gifts

Provide expert advice about various products on sale

Provide a high standard of service and customer care in their beautiful store

Deal with incoming post and direct it to an appropriate department

Process incoming stock via internal stock systems

Advise customers and deal with their jewellery/watches/gifts brought in for repair; all enquiries and ensure the correct administration procedures are followed; deal with valuations, replacement estimates

Display products attractively in the display windows in order to attract, encourage and motivate attention and sales

To maintain care of stock
Requirements:
-
Ideally jewellery focused with GIA certificate and/or Professional Jewellery Diploma or the desire to train to this level

Previous experience working for a Jewellery and Watch retailer would be an advantage

Excellent communication skills

Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service

Must be available to work Sundays and Bank Holidays working on a rota basis
