About the Sales Associate Role:

• Easily create a personal and lasting relationship with clients / colleagues.
• Maintain exceptional standards, personally and across the shop floor.
• Being confident in driving product sales.
• Demonstrating advanced products knowledge.
• Providing outstanding and personable customer service.
• Reporting to the concession/store manager.

About you:

• At least 3 years retail experience in a Jewellery Sales Associate capacity.
• A confident salesperson with a willingness to engage with customers.
• Exceptional presentation with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Knowledge of brands and embody their service expectations.
• A genuine attitude & passion with the drive to develop personal/team sales targets.
• Fully flexible – can offer anywhere from 1 to 5 days a week.
• Ideally proficient in clothes steaming.
