Job role:

Absolutely a selling role but will cover all areas of the store including, but not exclusive to, sales, cleaning, processing of repairs and involvement in aftersales services as well as visual merchandising to agreed brand/company layout.

As a constant ambassador for this business, you will espouse the company values across many levels and need to demonstrate flexibility with work patterns to ensure optimum showroom coverage at all times.

With such special items being ordered and purchased through the wider store team, your default operating style is one of being discreet and ever confidential.

It is encouraged that all employees widen to the maxim their product presentation capability. To achieve this there must be a continuing passion to self-learn, attend brand- run training as well when offered participate within industry recognised training schemes to reach the most optimum level of knowledge possible. [ JET 1 & JET 2 ] Jewellery Educational Trust courses run by the National Association of Jewellers.
Requirements:

There is a keenness to hire an experienced sales professional with ideally at least five years retail success, preferably operating within a luxury goods setting.

Specific knowledge of our clients stocked watch and jewellery brands would be advantageous although not essential as full training will be made available.

Individually you possess an indisputable zest to deliver the finest levels of customer service and enjoy contributing to the accomplishment of team goals across a multitude of in-store disciplines.

Personally, your demeanour and presentation standards would feel well settled operating daily within such a prestigious showroom location.

It would great to be able to identify from your application where in your experience you can demonstrate how you’ve surpassed previous employer expectation.
