Their trading philosophy is all about inspiring confidence and accessibility for everyone to enjoy wearing diamond jewellery whatever the level of purchasing reach may be.
Job role:

A challenge yes, but you will have support initially from a lead company senior manager who it is envisaged will be available short term to fully company guide, and brand induct whilst as well as giving temporary store administrational assistance.

The remit though is to manage the store, all staff within and every precious item stocked.

There will be several trading stages that will evolve with expected ever increasing momentum. Initially you will take possession of a brand-new retail space never seen on these shores before which will replicate to the letter the corporate brand identity already a successful trading format elsewhere.

It is expected that several new Sales Consultant team colleagues will join at a similar time and company induction, product training and best operational protocols will need to be carefully instilled.

Quite possibly varying staff members may need to gather in your sector expertise, and you are naturally generous in sharing all your professional virtues. Once all the infrastructure is fine-tuned and in place – you will lead the sales floor initiatives to gain ever increased customer interaction which of course will translate into purchasing delight and customer satisfaction.

Your team members can then carry-on the market warming to our client’s speciality, and this may allow you time to embrace client networking, capitalising on the varying digital advertising and social media initiatives that will be made available to drive ever more traffic through your selling doors.

You will be astute in managing staff rotas be able to plan well in advance and be your charges full time or part time ensure wherever applicable fairness and return flexibility to ensure optimum showroom coverage at all times.

Looking forward to your own development – there are plans to consider other city locations at a later stage which again you will have been so instrumental in this their first store opening – you may therefore take a lead role in further store opening – onwards towards perhaps Multi-Store Senior / Area Management.
Requirements:

It would be hugely helpful to have some depth of experience already selling and presenting Fine Diamond Jewellery.

If an individual could demonstrate specific trade recognised training within the Jewellery trade that would be advantageous.

Supervising and coaching fellow staff members will be a requirement of this role so once again a familiarity of managing and directing staff to best corporate sales and service efficiency is important.
