Job Role:

• The daily challenge would be to carry out watch repairs to an incredibly exacting standard. Within your team you would undertake battery/ reseal and partial repairs on any given watch product.

• Service Mechanical or Quartz watches by replacement of watch movements, this involves the removal and re-fitting of dials and hands as well as seal replacement.

• Replacement of other specified watch parts could be batteries, glasses and watch bracelets.

• Ensuring that all repaired watches including Divers models pass the relevant water resistance tests.

• Departmentally there will be regular Quality Control checks to ensure returns are kept to the absolute minimum.

• As with any Main Service Centre role there will be productivity targets to be met.

Requirements:

• It would be advantageous if applicants had previous experience of repairing watches.

• Individually you need to demonstrate manual dexterity, adore the detail and be committed to repeatedly delivering quality workmanship from your bench.

• Individually you have the self-motivation to manage personally your daily repairs allocated whilst ever maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.

• Be open to adopt best working practiced as per ‘Best Service Guidance ‘ and to conduct ‘QC reviews’ of workshop output to prescribed best practice standards
