Reporting into the sales manager, this is a great opportunity if you have a strong wholesale admin background. Day to day you will submit, manage and track sales orders ensuring all orders are received and processed in a timely manner; manage, update and communicate delivery schedules for clients; liaise with clients and buyers, providing any requested information and sharing documents; follow and track orders from suppliers; ensure delivery dates are met; gather and check POs prior to delivery windows opening; update databases regularly to ensure accurate information is available at all times; handle any repairs and returns and make sure credit notes are processed; and customer service support for wholesale partners.
If you are highly organised, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have a high attention to detail, excellent Excel skills and are well versed with CRM systems please apply ASAP as interviews are being held promptly.
