An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and leading wholesale, PR and brand management agency showcasing a carefully curated collection of accessories and homeware brands in London, Paris, Tokyo and New York in a fabulous central London location.
Supporting the wholesale sales manager in the daily activities of customer relations, order management and back office activities linked to the showroom sales, key responsibilities include; driving sales of their independent jewellery brands, with a focus on boutiques and independents; liaising with buyers and merchandising teams daily; hosting buying appointments regularly, both in person and digitally; researching and targeting new customers; managing the database; responding to new stockist enquiries and determining suitability for the brand; attending and helping to organise and set up seasonal sales campaigns; striving to improve the brand positioning and keeping a close eye on growth whilst ensuring brand standards are withheld; following up sales leads at sales campaigns to develop new business; analysing key accounts' sales data; supporting with administration, correspondence, phone calls and general running of the sales team; checking B2B systems to manage orders; and ensuring the highest possible customer service and follow through of orders and deliveries.
To be considered you will have an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a background in the wholesale sales sector; excellent interpersonal, customer relations, organisation and prioritisation skills; and a sound working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
