This challenge is all about - brand building within noteworthy Retail Jewellers be they Independently owned & operated or a local branch of a respected National Multiple Retail Jeweller.

You will need to personally be at ease with the requirement of representation perfection and this attunes well to how you have previously always operated .

Ever attentive to standards  you are a meticulously detailed operator , with a generous view as to sharing your talent with those you work alongside.

Each authorized stockist account has agreed to ensure in-store display standards should not be compromised - you will assist , compliance check and visual merchandise in each & every daily call.

Linked with this vital area of sales support is the constant need to brand train - this stretches all areas of personnel in-store from the newest Watch Sales Consultant - covering fundamentals to liaison with a previously chosen Brand Ambassador looking for insights as to new technology and range additions that in the future they may be able to brand tantalise their VIP client list with.

Liaison though is not just with those who are everyday in-store - you must also reach out & network regionally with Senior Executives who control large areas of stores within your support call file - ensuring that opportunities that they foresee perhaps could also be capitalized upon.

Organizationally you must be at the top of your game - informing at HQ both here in the UK and in Switzerland market opportunities or challenges that on the ground you are daily experiencing - this enables real time response and the ability to compete as is your brands just deserve.
