Exciting high growth retail brand with a strong heritage and commercial positioning. The brand currently have an established retail presence and a growing international business both on and offline. Following the brands continued success, the founders are now looking for an established eCommerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to help the brand reach their huge potential online.

Senior Ecommerce Executive - Luxury Retail Brand - London

To drive the digital marketing and e-commerce function of the UK market, co-ordinating agencies and implementing a structured online strategy plan for the brand to increase brand awareness and sales. Develop, enhance & optimise the front and back end of the UKs bespoke e-commerce platform, as well as driving performance (conversion & retention) in CRM, affiliates, social and paid search.

Research and scope out new opportunities for growth, whilst adhering to brand commercial calendar.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Ensuring seasonal campaigns are launched on time and are supported with full suite of assets.
* Building and creating engaging content through product landing pages and evergreen content.
* Selecting imagery to support a product collection's launch and seasonality.
* Product categories are appropriately populated and merchandised across the site, utilising online merchandising tool.
* Selecting collections and products to be promoted on seasonal gift guides and taking a proactive role in when to promote products.

* Take a key role in enhancing the user functionality and journey of the website.
* Liaise with web developers to build development road map using customer needs and specific digital trends which meet business objectives and audience demographics.
* Constantly look for new opportunities and regularly make suggestions to improve.

* Develop a consistent and engaging email campaign for the whole year. Capturing consumer needs as well as brand objectives and campaigns.
* Work with an email platform to bring a clear segmentation program to life, along with welcome programs which enhance customer experience.

Agency Management:
* Work with Head of Marketing to manage and align all digital agencies on yearly campaigns and any innovation presented.
* Update and oversee all agency works and activities, making sure they are adhering to brand guidelines and budget requirements.

Tracking and Reporting:

* Identify and agree strategic KPIs with the Head of Marketing and ensure that all ecommerce activity is thoroughly and accurately tracked and reported on in a timely manner to make use of roll out opportunities and efficiencies.
* Produce tactical analysis on an 'as and when required' basis.
* Deliver insights and actionable outputs utilising internal systems.
