An exciting Ecommerce and Customer Service Executive role within a London based Head Office for a growing jewellery brand. The role is split between inventory management and customer service.

- Management of all online web orders using Magento as well as managing third party couriers
- Partner with the digital marketing team for all online promotions
- Responsible for handling all customer service enquiries via email and phone calls
- Running monthly sales and inventory reports for the Director
- Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Extremely passionate about customer service
- Familiar with inventory management best practices
- Salary up to £20k
