Recruitment opportunities arise only occasionally in this business, so we are excited to announce that they are currently looking to appoint a well-organised inventory specialist, in order to enhance stockroom operational efficiency.

Given the myriad of product ranges that you will be controlling on a daily basis, our client is seeking a candidate with previous experience in a similar stockroom remit, although not necessarily with jewellery products.

The entire team at their London HQ is renowned for its positivity and trade dedication, and this role demands a similar mind-set.

Daily, you will be required to pick customer orders with scrupulous accuracy, as well ensuring all procedural checks and balances are in place before arranging despatch.

Supplier deliveries will need to be booked in with care, ensuring that both quantities and quality standards consistently match the company’s expectations.

As you would expect within this operational hub, your knowledge and attention will be constantly in demand; you therefore need to be a confident, capable communicator, ever willing and able to provide accurate information and answers.

Your interactions will not just be limited to colleagues within the business, so it is important that you are never fazed by dealing with external sales phone calls, which you will deal with in a similarly satisfactory manner.

Working within a stockroom requires a high level of IT proficiency, as well as a meticulous approach to all your day-to-day administration, ensuring that your work is consistently beyond reproach.
