People & Culture Manager (Remote – Germany)

A dynamic, fast-growing company is on the lookout for a People & Culture Manager to drive positive cultural change and lead HR initiatives across Europe. This is a remote role based in Germany or anywhere in Europe and offers the chance to make a real impact in an organisation that puts people first.

About the Role

As the People & Culture Manager, you’ll:

Shape Culture: Create and sustain a values-driven, inclusive work environment.

Enhance Experiences: Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement strategies.

Support Growth: Design and deliver impactful learning and development programs.

Drive Efficiency: Oversee the implementation of a new HRIS system.

Champion Wellbeing: Promote inclusivity, recognition, and team collaboration.

Who They’re Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for a People & Culture Manager with:

3+ years of generalist HR experience (retail or hospitality preferred)

Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices

A proactive, people-focused approach to problem solving

Experience leading projects or small teams (a plus)

A relevant degree is great—but mindset and motivation matter most

Knowledge of European employment regulations including Germany, and ideally Netherlands and France
