Senior Marketing Manager – Premium Jewellery – London
Overview
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, creatively strong and highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of brand and product campaigns, content strategy, organic social, influencer marketing, PR, and creative execution.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of brand campaign planning, channel strategy, team management and multi-channel delivery. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director and Head of Digital to shape and execute the brand vision across all customer touchpoints — with a focus on growing reach, engagement, and commercial performance through brilliant execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand & Campaign Ownership
Own the development and delivery of integrated brand, product and seasonal campaigns across all organic, earned and owned channels
Translate brand strategy into actionable campaign plans, toolkits and messaging
Lead planning and rollout across organic social, PR, influencer, creative and content channels
Proactively identify opportunities to build brand equity, customer engagement and sales
Creative & Content Leadership
Oversee content planning and production — including photoshoots, motion, evergreen and always-on content
Lead creative briefing, concept development, styling, casting and production oversight
Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity, customer insight and campaign goals
Messaging, Copy & Storytelling
Own and elevate brand tone of voice across campaigns, digital platforms and marketing touchpoints
Manage internal or freelance copywriters to deliver consistent, compelling storytelling and product messaging
Influencer, PR & Organic Social
Lead influencer strategy and execution — from talent sourcing and gifting to campaign collaborations and shoot casting
Manage PR agency to deliver media coverage, events and campaign amplification
Own the organic social strategy and calendar, working with the team to plan, create and optimise engaging content across platforms
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of 8 across organic social, content, copy, PR, influencer and creative
Set clear goals, drive accountability and develop team capability
Work closely with the Head of Digital to align brand storytelling with paid media, CRM and ecommerce performance
Collaborate with stakeholders across the wider marketing and product teams to ensure consistency and integration
Planning, Performance & Reporting
Lead the central marketing calendar and campaign workflow, ensuring smooth planning and execution
Monitor and report on campaign, content and social performance — using insights to inform and improve future work
Track and optimise influencer and PR output in line with brand and trading objectives
What We’re Looking For
6+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within ecommerce, fashion, beauty or lifestyle
Strong track record delivering multi-channel campaigns across social, content, influencer, PR and creative
A confident and collaborative team leader with experience managing creatives, copywriters and marketers
Strong creative eye with the ability to lead photoshoots, video and content development
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple workstreams and deadlines
Commercially aware and results-oriented, with a love for storytelling and brand building
Bonus Points
Experience in jewellery, premium D2C or lifestyle brand sectors
Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Yotpo, GA4, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Figma or Trello
Passion for influencer culture, organic social trends and content creation
