Retail Management Professional - eCommerce Major

A recent new market entrant, this client is on the runway to re-imagine and reset retailing service and in-store experience. Already a known e-commerce major they are shortly to embark and open their very first ‘bricks and mortar’ location in fashionable Richmond upon Thames.

This fresh concept has been brought to life by one of the industries lead brand / interior design houses & there will be nowhere smarter or more current to peruse watch, sunglasses & fashion jewellery products. To come full circle and deliver the deserved promise of such significant investment a top-flight Retail Manager now needs to be corporately landed.

Job Role:

• Achieve store opening goals through to establishing a manageable growth trajectory in line with Senior Management best expectation.

• Train and motivate accompanying shop floor crew to deliver best service & sales pre-set performance indices.

• Ensure compliance of given brand merchandising standards to reflect the authorised retail stockist status of your store.

• Review continually how best the store can achieve superlative customer review and onward third- party recommendations.

• Outreach to internal departments & suppliers to instigate imaginative promotional ideas & events to push sales sky-high.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced in managing people within a retail space that includes the authorised marketing and sales of watch products.

• Able to sales enthuse colleagues to sell across a wide range of designer brands.

• Gifted in ensuring that continuity of best sales and customer service is ever upheld.

• Personally able to demonstrate through own actions best fulfilment of pre-set KPI’s.

• Preparedness to re-evaluate set industry norms to see how potentially customer service and experience can be driven still higher.
