Is there a rising star who deserves celebrating within your business? Are you the very best at what you do? Drapers is looking for the next wave of retail talent and for the future leaders of the fashion sector for our 30 Under 30 initiative, now in its ninth year.

Bigger, bolder and better than ever, 30 Under 30 shines the spotlight on the achievements of young people from across the full spectrum of the fashion industry. The retail environment remains challenging, but fresh talent continues to make fashion one of the most exciting and innovative industries in the world. That deserves celebrating. Retailers, brands, suppliers, and manufacturers must treasure and champion the young people achieving big things within their businesses.

Last year’s line-up included future stars from businesses including TopmanRiver Island, Jack Wills and Amazon, as well as the entrepreneurs behind accessories brand Skinnydip and men’s personal styling service Thread.

Those chosen will be invited to a group photoshoot and profiled within a January 2017 edition of Drapers. The 30 will also be invited to Drapers’ annual Next Generation day-long event, where inspirational speakers from across the industry will share learnings from their careers.

Drapers is looking for people aged 30 and under who have made a real and tangible difference in their businesses and in their role. The project is open to any discipline, whether that’s buying, merchandising, design, digital or technical roles. Fashion is an increasingly entrepreneurial sector and Drapers 30 Under 30 is also open to those who have founded or are running their own business.

Self-nominations, third-party nominations and company nominations are all accepted. To apply please send:
